A successful digital educational transition project involves a reflection on the objective, then the allocated budgets, the existing and future technical master plan, and finally the identification of the educational and IT teams to support, and those on which you can rely on.

Here are the questions you should ask yourself :

Why are we embarking on this digital educational project ? What are our goals ? (Taming digital ? Set up an educational project already defined, or define a new one ?)

What are the frameworks, the guidelines of the digital transition policy ? Does this digital educational project concern all grades ? Should all the students be equipped ?

Training must be carried out according to the availability, the needs and digital curiosity of teachers while ensuring regular monitoring to assess their use of digital technology.
