IDRUIDE follows the recommendations of the CNIL in terms of data collection, tracers and cookies. In accordance with the amended law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 (known as the “Informatique et Liberté” law), we have declared to the CNIL the processing of your personal data.

To contact us, you only need to provide us with a valid email address, name, phone number and password.

The data is not provided to third parties, even to companies that may be partners. IDRUIDE limits the use of external scripts as much as possible and configures them as far as possible in such a way as to respect the privacy of its visitors.

The website does not include any statistical survey tool that has not been validated by the CNIL. Only Matomo (ex-Piwik), in a version higher than 3.5 (compliant with the GDPR), is thus used within our site according to the recommendations of the Commission. The IPs are anonymized and the data is collected by a specific server.

They are not cross-checked with any third-party service and only serve us to monitor the website’s audience and to understand the habits of our readers in order to offer ever better ergonomics. However, you can choose to oppose the collection of data from your machine as indicated below.

IDRUIDE undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of your data, carried out from the www.idruide.com site, complies with Monegasque Law No. 1.165 relating to the protection of personal information of December 23, 1993, as amended, as well as as well as the “Informatique et Libertés” law of June 20, 2018 No. 2018-493 and the general data protection regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of April 27, 2016.     This privacy policy explains how idruide (“we” / “our”/ “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information from users (“you” / “your”) of our mobile application (the “App”), idruide Sparkle.

Article 4. Data Sharing and Transfers

    The information is shared only with the following entities:

    1. Internal services: Operations, R&D, and commercial teams responsible for application management, improvement, and user support.
    2. Authorized External Recipients: Clients and Cloud hosting providers (OVH and, if applicable for Sparkle Android users, Google Cloud Platform) for activities strictly necessary for the App’s operation.

    We do not sell or rent user personal data to third parties. Apart from the aforementioned recipients, no personal data is shared without prior consent.

Article 5. Data Security and Retention

    We commit to implementing appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or accidental loss. To this end, the following technical measures are in place:

    1. Internal infrastructure compliant with ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management), ISO/IEC 27017 (Cloud Security), and ISO/IEC 27018 (Protection of Personal Data in the Cloud) standards.
    2. Data encryption, encrypted servers, password-secured sessions, IAM (Identity and Access Management).

    The data collected is retained for the period strictly necessary for the defined purposes and is then deleted in accordance with applicable legislation or no later than one year after the end of its use.

Article 6. User Rights

    Users, you have the following rights concerning their data:

    1. Access: Request a copy of the personal data held by us.
    2. Rectification: Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
    3. Deletion: Request the deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
    4. Objection: Object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons.
